WHEEL MANDREL ADAPTER

Used to adapt most accessories having a 1/8" shank.

Wheel mandrel adapters are designed for use with Dremel Moto-Tools, Foredom flexible shaft units and drill presses, etc. Cut-Off Wheels, Small felt cones, felt cylinders, Cratex rubberized abrasives and grinding wheels are but a few of the many types of accessories that can be mounted on these mandrels.

Nickel-plated steel

Mandrels and mounted accessories used improperly are dangerous. Comply with American National Standards Institute Safety Code B7.1 and Occupational Safety and Health Act covering: speed, safety guards, flanges, mounting procedures, general operating rules, handling, storage and inspection. The correct usage speed depends on the accessory being used.

NOTE: MAXIMUM SAFE SPEED DETERMINED WITH 1/2" OR LESS EXPOSED MANDREL LENGTH. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL 1/4" OF OVERHANG DECREASE THE SPEED BY AT LEAST 20%.
