INGOT MOLDS
Ingot molds are used to convert your metal scrap into a suitable shape for rolling and jewelry making. Melt metal fines, shavings and chips in a crucible, then pour into the ingot mold.
A C-clamp holds the ingot mold plates together. Ingots can be made narrower by simply sliding the sides of the adjustable ingot mold in a horizontal direction, making the mold cavity less wide.
Maximum ingot dimensions:
Depth: 2-3/4" (70mm)
Width: 1-3/4" (45mm)
Thickness: 3/16" (5mm)
Capacity: 150 dwt (233g)
Note: 1 troy oz. of gold = 31.10 grams
Always wear hot gloves when pouring molten metal into ingot molds
