Transportation
Orders usually ship the same
business day or next business day after receipt of payment. Transportation
charges for orders over $1500.00 and all back orders will be prepaid
and allowed when scheduling and routing are left to our discretion,
and shipped within the continental United States. Most shipments are
shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Call us if you need something
shipped Next Day Air. (Additional charges will apply.) Small or light
orders may ship USPS First Class Mail.
We ship to the address that you give to us, assuming you know your address far better than any of us here might. Please double-check the information you enter, and be certain you are giving us the correct street numbers or PO Box numbers, the correct city, the correct state, and the correct Zip Code. If you enter it wrong, it will go to the wrong place. We can not be held responsible for late or lost shipments if you give us incorrect information.
Heavy items such as machines, 25 lb. packs of media, workbenches, polishing
compounds, etc. may require additional shipping charges.
You will be contacted with a freight quote prior to shipment. Existing
charges that you may have incurred when you placed your order will be
deducted from the freight bill. All costs associated with special shipping
instructions are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify
you of the difference in charges.

Canceling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon
as possible. Have your name, date of order and order confirmation number
available. We will make every best effort to comply.
Return Goods Policy
Approval must be obtained and an RGA number (Return
Goods Authorization) must be granted by QTE before returning any merchandise. Full credit will be granted on defective goods
or on items shipped in error. All items considered for return (excluding
damaged or defective items) must be in mint condition and in original
undamaged packaging. Any alteration of any product by the user releases
QTE from any warranties, expressed or implied, and all liabilities for
damages sustained in use of the altered item. If altered items are returned
for credit, no credit will be issued and the items will not be returned
to the customer. A restocking charge of $5.00 or 10% of the item's price,
whichever is greater, may be charged for returned items at the discretion
of QTE. A refund check may be issued in lieu of a credit card credit.
The customer will be liable for the shipping costs for returned goods.
Goods shipped freight collect will not be accepted.
No approval for returns after 60 days. We do not accept used equipment
back unless it is defective.
Export Orders
Our system does not allow for charging freight on export shipments.
If you place an order for export from the U.S. you must have a VALID email address for us to
contact you with the freight charges. Set your email client to accept
email from us. If you prefer, you may contact us for a pro-forma invoice
before placing your order.
