To use these hinges in wooden frames use flat head wood screws & some high-quality wood glue. You may need to open up the holes a little, and then countersink to receive the 82 degree angled head of the screws. (Wood screws not included)

Cutting a small recess into the temple and the back side of the frame, just large enough to accept the hinge body, will help brace the hinge and keep it from moving around.
