Saw Files

Grobet Taper Saw files are triangular, single cut files designed for filing a variety of saws with 60° angled teeth. Tapered toward a point, saw files have cut edges for filing gullets between saw teeth. Taper saw files are available in a number of widths: regular, slim, extra slim and double extra slim. Single cut on all three sides.

6" Regular Taper Saw Files are used for sharpening saw blades with 5-7 teeth per inch.

6" Slim Taper Files are used for sharpening saw blades with 8-10 teeth per inch.

6" Extra Slim Taper Files are used for sharpening saw blades with 11-13 teeth per inch.

6" Double Extra Slim Taper Files are used for sharpening saw blades with 13-16 teeth per inch.

4" Double Extra Slim Taper Files are used for sharpening saw blades with 17-24 teeth per inch.
