CUTTING COMPOUNDS

Bobbing compound has fast-cutting abrasive action, and is used with a brush or muslin buffing wheel to remove scratches and fire scale. Cuts faster than Tripoli.

Leaves metal scratch-free, but dull in appearance. Use when rouge will be used for final finish

Recommended for silver, brass and copper

Will stick to brush and lap surfaces
