Top measures 17mm wide from corner to corner
Length measures 25mm from top corner down to bottom of tip

There are two 1.4mm recesses and two 1.2mm diameter holes spaced 6mm center to center

Use 80402P nose pad screws (sold separately)
1.2mm thread diameter x 10mm length x 2.5mm diameter head
Clip off what you don't need

Silicone nose pads should not irritate or burn sensitive skin
and are more slip-resistant than hard nose pads.
