DRESSING STICKS

White 320 grit dressing stick for quick, easy removal of debris from the surface of the diamond wheels. Dressing sticks are also handy for honing hand edgers and diamond bevelers, or for cleaning felt buffs.

6” x 1/2” x 1/2” A320 White

HINT: For best results soak the end of the dressing stick in a small cup of coolant or water. Gently apply the wet end of the dressing stick to the diamond wheel with light pressure. The stick will immediately begin to remove the particles that have loaded the wheel. When the stick begins to “melt” lightly hold the stick in place for a few more seconds. After this wheel conditioning process run a small piece of dry wood across the face of the wheel to completely remove any grit left by the dressing stick.

CAUTION: Never, ever put your fingers between a dressing stick and a moving diamond or grinding wheel. Dressing a wheel is dangerous. Use at your own risk.
