#1 point mandrel, 3/32” shank with 3-48 thread and flange nut. Fits 1/16” hole in Cratex rubberized abrasive points 4, 6, 8 & 10.

Designed for use with flexible shaft units, moto-tools and drill presses. The correct usage speed depends on the accessory being used.

Small felt cones, felt cylinders, rubberized abrasive points, cones, cylinders and bullets are but a few of the many types of accessories that can be mounted on these nickel-plated steel mandrels.

Best results with Cratex Rubberized abrasives are usually obtained at 30% to 80% of the maximum safe operating speeds and a light work pressure.

Mandrels and mounted accessories used improperly are dangerous. Comply with American National Standards Institute Safety Code B7.1 and Occupational Safety and Health Act covering: speed, safety guards, flanges, mounting procedures, general operating rules, handling, storage and inspection.

NOTE: THE MAXIMUM SAFE SPEED IS DETERMINED WITH 1/2" OR LESS EXPOSED MANDREL LENGTH. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL 1/4" OF OVERHANG DECREASE THE SPEED BY AT LEAST 20%.
