MANDRELS

Wheel mandrels for use with rubberized abrasive wheels or brush wheels with an 1/8" arbor hole, up to 1" diameter and 1/4" thick. The screw has a 5-40 thread.

Mandrels and mounted accessories used improperly are dangerous. Comply with American National Standards Institute Safety Code B7.1 and Occupational Safety and Health Act covering: speed, safety guards, flanges, mounting procedures, general operating rules, handling, storage and inspection. The correct usage speed depends on the accessory being used.

For best results rubberized abrasive should be used at 30-80% of the max recommended RPM

ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES WHEN USING MANDRELS
